The Role The Chief Executive Hospitals North will be responsible and accountable for the coordinated delivery of operations across the Launceston General Hospital and Primary Health Services in the north of the region.
The position will lead and manage the delivery of safe and quality health care services to patients and the community and ensure that key deliverables are achieved working closely with clinical and health service staff. A key priority will be to build effective partnerships with key stakeholders to ensure that critical insights are integrated into the development, planning and delivery of programs and services.

The role is a Senior Executive position offered as a 5-year contract with an attractive remuneration package, which incorporates a salary ranging from $221,729 and $243,793 per annum (pro rata) plus 12% superannuation and private use of a fully maintained vehicle.

Working with Vulnerable People Registration (WWVPR) – NDIS
As required by the Aged Care Act, occupants of this role may be required to undertake a conviction check assessment every three years.

Tertiary qualification or degree in a relevant discipline which may include a clinical, public health or business administration field
