The Role Reporting to the Senior Accountant, you’ll play a key role in supporting the department while delivering exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include: Accurately process high-volume supplier invoices, including correct coding, approvals, and matching to purchase orders into the ERP system Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies by liaising with the business and suppliers Ensure payments are authorised and processed in line with supplier terms, internal controls, and delegations of authority Maintain accurate accounts payable records and documentation, including contact information and payment terms Respond promptly and professionally to supplier enquiries Perform supplier statement reconciliations and follow up outstanding items Monitoring a shared accounts payable inbox alongside the wider Payables team Support audit requests and compliance requirements, including GST-related documentation Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including process, system, and procedural updates Reception relief for Head Office Support the finance team with ad-hoc duties as required About you We’re looking for someone who is motivated, detail-focused, and eager to grow.
