Key qualities we are seeking in this role include:
* Proven leadership experience in Food and Beverage within a hotel or high-end restaurant setting
* Highest education/qualification in Hospitality Management, Tourism or related field highly advantageous
* Natural leadership style that fosters talent and opportunity within the team
* Strong communication skills – verbal and written, with an ability to tailor your approach
* Passion for new and emerging food and beverage industry trends, practices, and consumer behavior
* Sound knowledge of PC software (e.g., Microsoft Office products) and POS systems
* Flexibility to work varied shifts, including days, nights, and weekends
* Valid Victorian RSA certificate
