Our client, a well-established, family-owned Australian business, is seeking General Construction Labourers to join their concrete precast manufacturing facility in Tomago.
This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing work with consistent hours in a supportive team environment.
You will play a key role in the manufacture of precast concrete products used across projects nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:
* Preparation and assembly of moulds
* Use of hand and power tools
* Manual handling (lifting 15kg+)
* Assisting with and overseeing concrete pours
* Concrete finishing and formwork
* Cleaning, general housekeeping, and maintaining a safe work area
About You:
* Previous experience in construction, concreting, steel fixing, or formwork carpentry is highly desirable
* Experience using power tools and working on construction sites preferred
* Ability to read plans is an advantage
* Forklift licence and/or is beneficial but not essential
* Physically fit, reliable, and safety-focused
Requirements:
* Steel-capped boots, long pants, and long-sleeve Hi-Vis shirts
* Full working rights in Australia
* Current driver's licence and reliable transport
