THE OPPORTUNITY
This role isn't for everyone.
We're not looking for "any Construction Manager." We're looking for an experienced, highly organised professional who takes pride in running clean, efficient projects…. someone who values structure, process, and clear communication and who consistently delivers quality outcomes without unnecessary friction.
Modular construction is growing fast. Really fast. As part of that growth, we are seeking a National Construction Manager to oversee and manage modular home installations across Australia.
Based on a hub-and-spoke delivery model, this role is focused on national oversight, builder partnerships and project governance, rather than hands-on site supervision.
THE ROLE
As National Construction Manager, you will:
• Oversee the delivery of modular home installations nationally
• Guide customers through their installation and construction journey
• Establish, manage, and support a network of trusted local builders and installers
• Develop clear scopes of work, construction processes and delivery standards
• Ensure consistency, quality control and compliance across all regions
• Act as the key construction interface between Mr Cabins, builders and clients
All homes are fully compliant with AS/NCC requirements, with each project going through the appropriate council and approval processes.

HOW PROJECTS ARE DELIVERED
• You collaborate with Mr Cabins and clients during planning and pricing stages
• Local builders manage site works under your oversight and guidance
• Builders use their own licensed subcontractors for electrical, plumbing and finishing trades
• You oversee scheduling, quality control and delivery through to final inspection and handover
• All construction contracts remain directly between the customer and their appointed builder
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• An experienced Construction Manager with strong residential and/or modular building experience
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and builder relationships
• Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills
• A process-driven professional who values efficiency, accountability and quality
• Someone seeking long-term involvement in a scalable, national construction model

REMUNERATION
