Job Description:
As a Test Administrator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to candidates while ensuring a secure exam delivery environment. Your duties will include checking and verifying candidate identification, assisting with test setup, explaining exam procedures, and proctoring/invigilating candidates during the testing process.
You will also be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, performing light housekeeping duties, and carrying out other ad-hoc tasks as directed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a High School diploma or equivalent, have a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, and be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook). Experience proctoring or invigilating exams is highly desirable.
You should also be comfortable sitting for long periods, lifting up to 20 lbs independently, and working in a quiet testing environment.
