The Role
We are seeking a motivated Estimator / Preconstruction professional to join the Sydney team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to high-profile projects, support the bidding process, and gain exposure across preconstruction activities.
Key Responsibilities Include
* Preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for commercial, fit out, and refurbishment projects
* Assisting with tender documentation, scope reviews, and subcontractor engagement
* Conducting quantity take-offs and cost analysis to inform project bids
* Supporting project teams in preconstruction planning and risk assessment
* Collaborating with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure accurate pricing and value engineering
About You
* 2+ years' experience in estimating or preconstruction within commercial construction, fit out, or refurb projects
* Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
* Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or similar preferred
* Proactive, organised, and able to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
