Responsibilities Overseeing process of background talent joining books (adding new talent into web databases/uploading talent's photos, booking interviews/photoshoots, responding/following-up paperwork matters via email and phone) Assisting with data entry for payroll/bookings Manning of phones/switchboard operation, filing, helping out with all administrative matters related to the everyday running of the agency Providing IT/customer support via phone and email Assisting across all facets of the business including booking/casting talent, creating suggestions links, sending out call times Skills/qualities we are looking for Strong attention to detail Customer service Communication/correspondence via phone and email Administration Writing (good grasp of the English language, written and oral) IT-savvy Strong time management, organisation & planning Ability to work as part of a team Able to take direction and work autonomously The Ability to take initiative and handle high-stress situations Interest in tv/film industry If interested, please email your resume/CV to
