What You'll Be Doing:
* Conducting open homes & private appointments
* Managing buyer & vendor enquiries end‐to‐end
* Liaising with conveyancers & solicitors from exchange to settlement
* Prospecting for new listings and opportunities
* Maintaining and growing the client database
* Preparing open home & auction kits
* Assisting with marketing proposals & listing presentations
* Playing a key role in the sales process from start to finish
What We're Looking For:
* 1–2 years' experience in a similar sales associate role
* Valid COR or Real Estate Licence
* Driver's licence & reliable car
* Strong communication skills & confidence with people
* Motivated, organised, and hungry to succeed
