We're a small, tight-knit team crafting high-quality interiors for aircraft (and a bit of automotive on the side)—think custom seat trim, carpets, curtains, cargo nets, and anything else that makes the inside of a plane, helicopter or prestige car look sharp.
We have built a solid reputation Australia-wide and beyond for delivering excellent work on time, with friendly, flexible service, and we are busy looking to get busier and we need the help of someone who can jump in to keep the wheels turning and handle whatever the day throws at us.
The Role:
* Aviation data entry and record-keeping
* Assisting with product research and development
* Handle enquiries for both aviation and automotive customers
* Customer liaison—keeping clients updated on jobs, answering questions, solving the hiccups
* General small business office and admin tasks
Who for:
* Organised, dependable, and sharp—someone who can think on their feet
* Great verbal and written English—clear, friendly, professional
* Personable and down-to-earth with a sense of humour
* Comfortable with MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
* Experience in aviation, manufacturing, or any technical/production environment will be well regarded
* Valid Australian work rights required for this position
Basically, if you enjoy variety, like being useful, and don't mind wearing a few different hats, you'll fit right in.
Time & Money:
* Full-time, Monday to Friday
* Mostly on-site in Bayswater, Western Australia
* Flexible hours can be part of the package
