What's the role?
As the Portfolio & Operations Manager, Enterprise Operations, you will play a critical role in driving the reporting rhythm and operational visibility across the organisation. Reporting to the Director of Enterprise Operations, you will be responsible for delivering data-driven insights that inform executive decision-making and track the health of key initiatives. Acting as the engine room of the team, you will ensure leadership has clear, consistent, and accurate reporting, while also supporting broader strategic priorities across the enterprise portfolio.

Responsibilities
* Lead the development and delivery of weekly and monthly reporting for the ELT, providing clear and consistent operational updates
* Generate data-driven insights on performance, organisational capacity, and change saturation to support decision-making
* Partner with Finance, Strategy and Business Units to track benefits realisation and intervene where outcomes are off track
* Support Portfolio Managers on strategic initiatives, providing analytical insights to monitor portfolio health and risks
* Contribute to the implementation of enterprise delivery frameworks, including defining key metrics and governance standards
* Ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency across all reporting outputs and executive materials
Who are you?
* Experienced in business operations, corporate finance, consulting or similar roles (typically 5+ years) within complex environments
* Highly analytical, with strong ability to translate data into meaningful insights and actionable recommendations
* Detail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy and high-quality output in fast-paced, high-governance environments
* A clear and concise communicator, able to synthesise information into executive-ready reporting
* Proactive and curious, with a strong desire to understand how different parts of the business operate and connect
* Familiar with reporting and visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, advanced Excel), or keen to build capability in this space
