**The Opportunity**

Redlands by the Bay Retirement Resort has a wonderful opportunity for a friendly, hospitable & warm person to join our team and provide a wide range of front-line services. In this role, you will be a true 'all-rounder' within the village, assisting the village with hospitality services, events & activities and assisting with coordinating village outings! You'll be a friendly and reliable team member that enjoys a high level of customer/resident interaction and is highly adaptable to help out wherever is needed across the community! Our Retirement Resort is always full of excitement & activities so you will work across the entire community completing different tasks to ensure the operational needs of the village are met.

This is a permanent full-time role working Monday-Friday 10am-6pm!

**You will**
- Provide support and coverage to our kitchen staff with setting up and packing down after lunch and/or dinner services
- Coordinating happy-hour events
- Assisting with hospitality events such as Morning Teas etc.
- Coordinating fun, social and inclusive activities for the residents
- Attending bus trips for the residents
- Provide general admin and concierge services to residents and assist with any resident requests

**What you will bring**
- Experience in any customer-facing roles highly desired (e.g. hospitality, retail, aged care or administration)
- A warm & friendly personality that has the ability to work autonomously
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate (required or be willing to obtain prior to employment)
- Current Police Check Certificate (required, but if you do not possess, we can complete for you)
- Current COVID-19 Vaccinations up-to-date (required)

- Monday-Friday role with every weekend off!

**Salary**: $24.76 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Redland Bay, QLD 4165: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
