* Provide cooks with necessary items and maintain kitchen supplies
* Maintain kitchen logs for food safety and quality control
* Ensure food meets specifications and notify management of any issues
* Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, and motivating employees
Requirements
* Relevant experience in a high-end restaurant or 5-star hotel environment
* Trade qualification or equivalent chef certification
* Strong food safety knowledge and skills
