Product Quality Excellence Manager
About the Role:
As a Product Quality Excellence Manager, you will be responsible for leading strategic direction of product development and quality assurance. You will ensure top-tier performance and customer satisfaction by developing and implementing a quality strategy aligned with our mission.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills to motivate product teams, operational excellence experience, and analytical expertise for data analysis and trend monitoring. Additionally, the candidate should have stakeholder management experience across multiple departments, change management skills, and compliance adherence to legislation and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a quality strategy aligned with our group's mission.
* Create a strategy to shift product testing operations from reactive to preventive models.
* Lead and inspire product teams towards product quality excellence and regulatory compliance.
* Optimize operational processes to enhance the effectiveness of product quality improvement.
* Ensure product quality assurance efforts align with enhancing customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in quality management, engineering or related field; Master's preferred.
* Minimum 10 years experience in quality management; at least 5 years in a leadership role.
* Extensive experience in general merchandise product quality standards and assurance processes.
* Proficiency in QMS, data analysis tools and ERP systems.
* Relevant certifications such as Six Sigma, ISO ****, or similar.
