Regional Sales Manager - Land Development
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the sales of land development products, including instrumentation and software.
This role requires a strong background in AutoCAD software and familiarity with the Land Surveying, Civil Engineering, and Construction industries. The successful applicant will have experience working with both office and fieldwork, as well as being able to travel regularly.
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for managing our growing network of dealers in the region, direct sales and support for current users, workshops and other training events, attending regional events, coordination with the marketing team, and serving as a key resource for the region.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
* Manage relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities
* Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing campaigns and promotional materials
* Provide technical support and training to customers
* Travel regularly to meet with customers and attend industry events
Requirements:
* 5+ years of CAD software experience
* Background as a Surveyor, Civil Engineer, EIT, SIT or CAD Designer
* Experience with both office or fieldwork
* Ability to travel regularly
* Ability to work on diverse tasks in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
* Must speak fluent English
