About the Role
As a
Senior Associate
, you'll be advising on major real estate transactions including developments, acquisitions, leasing, construction projects, and asset management for property funds, superannuation funds, credit funds, and institutional clients.
The team's work spans:
* Acquisition and disposal of commercial, retail, industrial, and rural property
* Leasing and property management
* Master-planned and strata developments
* Due diligence and structured title arrangements
* Real estate transactions and working with funds and fund managers
You'll work with a prestigious client base including property trusts, private owners, developers, and national landlords and tenants.
What We're Looking For
* 5+ years' PAE
in Commercial Property Law
* Experience in a national or specialist property law firm
* Strong technical skills, commercial acumen, and attention to detail
* A collaborative mindset and a passion for mentoring junior lawyers
* Confidence managing complex matters independently
