* Provide technical guidance and oversight through regular site visits, plant inspections, performance reviews, and implementation of improvement actions.
* Support major and capital projects with expertise in design review, risk assessment, commissioning support, and engineering assessment.
* Liaise with stakeholders to develop strategies for effective resource management while monitoring costs effectively.
* Lead continuous improvement initiatives within area of responsibility using available tools and skills to influence employee focus directly or indirectly provided daily/weekly/monthly reports as needed including budget development/review etc...
