Role Overview:
As a customer-facing professional, you will be working collaboratively with your manager and colleagues to deliver exceptional results for every customer interaction.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
* Establishing personal connections with customers through meaningful conversations
* Providing support to various branches within the region - ability to travel required
* Assisting customers in utilizing in-branch technology and digital banking options
* Responding to customers' transactional needs, ensuring they leave satisfied
* Completing financial assessments to identify areas for improvement and growth
* Proactively engaging with customers to build rapport and invite them for one-on-one consultations or appointments
* Ensuring adherence to established processes and procedures, including accurate transaction reconciliation and review of customers' financial positions
* Engaging with customers through community events and fundraising activities
* Maintaining a safe and healthy work environment for your team members
* Capturing customer feedback and implementing measures to address any service gaps and drive improvement
