About Jones Radiology, we are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic individual to join our Central Contact Centre in Eastwood. This role can be undertaken full-time or part-time, with flexibility to suit your lifestyle and commitments.
This role will provide a warm, helpful first point of contact over the phone for our patients and referrers, scheduling medical imaging appointments with care and efficiency, handling enquiries with professionalism and empathy, supporting patients and referrers with clear information and timely service, and collaborating closely with team members and other departments.
