This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced
Warehouse Team Manager
to join a fast-paced Distribution Centre and play a key role in delivering safe, secure, and efficient operations.
The Role
You will assist in leading daily warehouse operations while managing and developing a high-performing team. Working closely with the DC Manager, you will ensure productivity targets are met while maintaining strict compliance in a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing daily warehouse operations within a multi-SKU FMCG environment
Leading, coaching, and developing warehouse team members
Ensuring effective use of warehouse technology including
SAP, RF scanning, and automation systems
Maintaining a strong
security-first approach
aligned with pharmaceutical standards
Driving
Health & Safety compliance
, including injury management and
Return to Work
programs
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
Experience at
supervisory or management level
within a warehouse (FMCG or distribution) environment
Strong
people leadership
and communication skills
Hands-on experience with modern warehouse systems and technology
A proactive approach to safety, compliance, and continuous improvement
