We are looking for a committed and skilled Farm Operations Manager to join our team at Hopeland Road, Hopeland, WA.
**Responsible for**:
- Staff rostering and training
- Meeting production targets
- Implementing continuous improvement programs
- Monitoring bird health and identifying and addressing issues promptly
- Compliance to all relevant company and third-party welfare and biosecurity programs
- Compliance to all safety and environmental regulations
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges as they arise
**Required Skills and Experiences**
- Experience in broiler farm management, preferably in large scale broiler operations
- Excellent knowledge of animal husbandry and welfare
- Excellent knowledge and implementation of biosecurity programs
- Good organisational and record-keeping skills
- Excellent leadership and motivational skills
- Good understanding of budgets and cost management
- Good mechanical repair skills
- Good knowledge of WHS and EMS systems
