Overview
Hawkins Group are seeking experienced Multi-Skilled Operators and Grader Operators to work on current and upcoming long-term large-scale Mining Construction projects across Central and North Queensland.
Hours are typically 12h per day on a 14/7, 9/5 or similar Rosters, FIFO to site from Townsville.
Requirements for the role
- RII Certificate any of the following and/or multiple disciplines (excavator, grader, roller, skid steer, water cart)
- Robust civil experience on these machines
- Drivers License, Preferably a current HR License.
- Candidate must have a strong understanding of plant operation
- Mine Site & Civil Construction Experience is highly advantageous
Responsibilities
- Conduct daily pre-start inspections
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery
- Comply with all safety and environmental regulations and standards
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Monitor the production process to ensure efficiency and quality
- Communicate effectively with team members and management

- Pay Rates of $55-$65 per hour plus super (dependent on the level of experience)
