About the Role
Bring our Personal Care brands, Norsca, Brut, Rewin, Rosken, to life through innovative go-to-market strategies. Drive marketing activities that ensure the long-term success of the Personal Care portfolio and retail categories. Develop and execute marketing strategies across all aspects of the marketing mix to enhance your skills. Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting the Marketing Manager
* Developing and launching new products
* Assisting the internal sales team with go-to-market plans and category strategies
* Monthly analysis and reporting of sales data
* Managing brand media campaigns, including planning, creative, reporting, and budgeting
* Monitoring and tracking monthly brand budgets
* Overseeing creative execution with internal and external partners
* Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
Desired Skills and Experience
About You
We seek a passionate marketer eager to innovate and bring meaningful change to established product categories. You should have at least 1+ years of experience in brand management or similar roles, with a desire to grow your marketing capabilities. Preferred qualifications include:
* Experience with FMCG products and/or categories
* Knowledge of grocery category reviews (advantageous)
* Exceptional attention to detail in packaging, product design, media creative, and support channels
* Solid understanding of marketing plans, including in-store and above-the-line media
* Experience analyzing grocery channel data, including scan sales and promotional effectiveness
* Ability to manage budgets and forecasts related to marketing activities
* Strong organizational and project management skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to collaborate effectively within teams and across departments
