The Opportunity
We are seeking a positive, organised and energetic Assistant Property Manager to join our growing Property Management team in our Southern Highlands office, based in Bowral.
This is a part-time position (25 hours per week), Monday to Friday within school hours (e.g. 9:30-3:30pm) making it an ideal opportunity for someone seeking flexibility while still building a career in real estate.
You will work closely alongside an experienced Property Manager within a pod structure, assisting in the management of a large portfolio. The role is supported by a wider team including a Property Management Team Leader, Area Manager and Head of Department who are available to provide guidance and support.
Previous real estate experience is beneficial but not essential, and we are open to training the right person who brings strong organisation, a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
A NSW Certificate of Registration (minimum) is required for this role as it is a legal requirement in real estate.
The Role
* Assisting with the day-to-day management of a residential portfolio alongside an experienced Property Manager
* Supporting landlords, tenants and administration across the rent roll
* Conducting routine inspections
* Managing ingoing and outgoing inspections
* Liaising daily with landlords and tenants
* Working closely with the new business team
* Organising repairs and maintenance
* Managing electronic documentation and files through PropertyMe
* Preparing lease agreements and related documentation
* Following company procedures and delivering a high standard of customer service

* Strong follow‐up and time management skills
* A positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast‐paced environment
* NSW Certificate of Registration (minimum requirement)
* Previous real estate or property management experience is beneficial but not essential
* Applicants must hold Australian Permanent Residency or Citizenship
