HiTalent Recruitment is seeking a Caseworker to join a well-respected and reputable not-for-profit organisation in Nowra that is funded to deliver inclusive adult mental health and AOD service to the community. This role is full time, Monday - Friday with access to monthly clinical supervision.
Are you a compassionate and skilled Caseworker with a desire to deliver high-quality, recovery-orientated, and person-led support services? This role will be part of a small team of 5 Caseworkers and suit someone passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals impacted by alcohol, other drugs, gambling, and co-occurring mental health conditions.
In this position, you will also carry a caseload and develop, implement, and monitor individual treatment plans, ensuring all case management documentation, records, and reports are accurate and compliant.
Reporting to the Clinical Service Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Provide efficient day-to-day service delivery through education, interventions, group work, assessment, referral, and case work.
* Develop, implement, and monitor individual treatment plans, ensuring all case management documentation, records, and reports are accurate and compliant.
* Acquire and maintain strong knowledge of referral pathways and support options available to participants.
* Work collaboratively and professionally with other services to provide holistic care.
* Demonstrate commitment to continuous improvement, innovation, and best practice in service delivery.
* Undertake ad hoc duties as required by management.
* Contribute to program development and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Uphold organisational values and policies while maintaining a commitment to quality service delivery.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* A tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology, or Community Services
* Experience supporting people impacted by substance use, gambling, and mental health conditions.
* Knowledge of mental health, AOD/gambling, community services, and health sectors
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team and build relationships.
* Ability to work independently and in a team
