Job Opportunity: Network Technician
This role is integral to the delivery of maintenance, upgrades and customer-driven projects across the local energy network.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively, in a team environment. They will be responsible for performing maintenance, installations, and network upgrades in accordance with industry standards.
* Perform maintenance, installations, and network upgrades in line with industry standards
* Complete inspection and commissioning records (both electronic and paper-based)
* Participate in the on-call roster for afterhours and emergency fault response
* Operate equipment and machinery safely within licence and qualification limits
* Follow all safety procedures, work instructions and organisational policies
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Cert III in ESI - Distribution Powerline or equivalent Lineworker trade qualification
* HR driver's licence (or willingness to transfer to WA equivalent)
* White Card
* High Risk Licences: EWP/WP, Forklift (FL), Dogman (DG), Rigging (RB)
* Current First Aid and CPR certification
