Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Career Transition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a high-volume caseload of job seekers and working with them to secure sustainable employment outcomes.

Main Responsibilities:

* Manage a diverse caseload of job seekers and provide personalized support to help them achieve their career goals
* Develop and implement effective strategies to engage with job seekers and maximize employment outcomes
* Identify and address barriers preventing job seekers from entering the workforce and provide tailored solutions to overcome these challenges
* Collaborate with employers to secure job placements and ensure a smooth transition for job seekers

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with job seekers and stakeholders
* Proven experience in career coaching or a related field, with a focus on achieving successful employment outcomes
* Ability to think critically and develop creative solutions to complex problems
* Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
