Pharmacist Role
Become a key part of our pharmacy team and play a pivotal role in the community.
This community Pharmacy is attached to a medical centre and has close relationships with Mater Hospital, Mater Rehabilitation Unit, and local Nursing Homes.
You will work collaboratively with doctors and allied health professionals to deliver centralised patient care.
* Work closely with clinical leaders to ensure pharmacy service aligns to patient care initiatives and operational requirements.
* Provide dispensary operations, pharmacy services, and medication supply catering to the needs of valued patients and customers.
* Participate in professional services and health promotion campaigns including vaccinations, DAAs, MPS & Webster care.

Requirements
* A Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent with current Pharmacist Registration with AHPRA.
* A high level of computer literacy including systems knowledge of dispensing software.
* Vaccination certificate or experience with immunisations highly regarded but not essential.
* Experience in community pharmacy setting also highly regarded.
Mandatory Requirements
* Proof of immunisation against infectious diseases.
* A national police check conducted within the last 12 months.
