Key duties include, but are not limited to:
Review AR aging report and provide manager with weekly status report, determining final resolution for account.Managed a customised collection system, which provided documenting, scheduling, tracking and billing for both clients and debtor contact.Responsible for Sales Allowances administration and controlsIn conjunction with and under direction from Manager, complete reconciliation of sub ledger and general ledger including preparation of month-end general ledger entries to appropriate budgets.Generation of monthly statements for all direct independent customers, to ensure timely reconciliation and payment from those customers, taking into account any deductions, as well as settlement termsAnswer customer inquiries as directly by manager, in a prompt and efficient manner
The Successful Applicant:
To be a successful applicant, you will have:
A minimum of 1 years prior Credit and Collection process experience.Excellent computer skills including expertise with Microsoft Excel, Word and familiarity with ERP system(s)Excellent analytical skills to manage large amounts of dataAttention to detail and accuracyStrong communication skills at all levels
