This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of the wine program, guide a talented team, and bring a new venue to life with passion, precision, and flair. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Group Sommelier and General Manager to implement a world-class beverage strategy that aligns with our evolving vision.
