Where youll be working

What youll be doing
Working within an experienced physiotherapy team to provide individual patient assessment and group exercise rehabilitation for people with chronic respiratory disease and/or chronic heart failure.
Short-term outpatient programs at multiple sites across NSLHD in collaboration with the wider multi-disciplinary CDCRS team.
People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background are encouraged to apply.
Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
Full registration with the Physiotherapy Board of Australia.
Evidence of extensive clinical experience with a minimum at a Level 2 Physiotherapist.
Demonstrated proficiency in ability to work autonomously with limited supervision.
Have the ability to prioritise work, manage a demanding workload, apply high level reasoning skills and have independent professional judgement.
Demonstrated proficient skills and knowledge in the provision of current physiotherapy practice. A strong commitment to an evidence-based service to provide for consumers, carers and families requiring assessment, case management, intervention, appropriate referral and discharge planning.
Current NSW Drivers licence.
