We're offering a flexible opportunity to join either:A Part-Time allied health receptionist position with 4 Life Physiotherapy, orA Full-Time mixed role combining Reception/Admin and Occupational Health Technician / Medical Screener duties across 4 Life Physiotherapy and Workscreen Medical.Whether you\u2019re seeking a stable admin role in a professional clinic or looking to expand into occupational health, this is your chance to grow within a supportive, award-winning team.About Us4 Life Physiotherapy and Workscreen Medical are two of Mandurah's most respected healthcare providers:4 Life Physiotherapy is a multidisciplinary, multi-award-winning allied health clinic with a 14+ year history of delivering exceptional care across physiotherapy, podiatry, exercise physiology, remedial massage, chiropractic, and more.Workscreen Medical is a leader in Occupational Health, providing pre-employment medicals and health screening for industries including mining, healthcare, and construction.Together, we offer a collaborative, friendly work workplace with a strong focus on quality care and client service.About the RolesGreet clients and patients with professionalism and warmthAnswer phones, manage email enquiries and book appointmentsProcess payments, reconcile end-of-day accountsSupport therapy staff with various administrative dutiesHours of work will be rostered between our standard opening hours:MondayaFriday: 7am 2pmSaturday: 8am 1pmIn addition to reception and administration duties, the full-time role includes:Conducting pre-employment medicals (e.g. spirometry, audiometry, drug screening)Organising patient/client paperwork, ensuring accuracy and confidentialityMaintaining and calibrating clinical equipmentManaging stock and supporting clinical operationsTraining and certification can be provided to the right candidate.What Were Looking ForEssential (Both Roles):Excellent customer service and communication skillsWell-presented, professional, and empatheticStrong attention to detail and accuracy in data entryComfortable using computers and Microsoft OfficeOrganised, reliable, and able to multitaskAble to work both independently and in a teamFull working rights in AustraliaCurrent (or willing to obtain) National Police ClearanceHighly Regarded:Previous experience in a healthcare setting (medical, allied health, or occupational health)For the Occupational Health Technician Role - Completed accredited certifications in:Drug & Alcohol ScreeningAudiometryKnowledge of medical terminology and appointment systemsWhy Join Us?
