About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Security Governance Analyst to join our client's team. This role will focus on managing and executing initiatives related to security standards, governance, and reporting, with a particular emphasis on addressing findings from the APRA CPS234 Standard and its remediation activities.
The successful candidate will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to resolve outstanding security-related issues and contribute to the organization's overall security posture.
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor and ensure ongoing compliance with security frameworks, standards, and good security governance practices.
* Support the team in the maintenance, implementation, and maturation of security standards and frameworks, including accountabilities, roles, and responsibilities across Group and subsidiaries, aligned to industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
* Support the development and ongoing monitoring of Group-wide information security metrics to measure information security maturity.
* Help implement associated reporting and proactive management to ensure continuous compliance, via engagement with relevant teams internal/external to Group Security.
* Document and manage requirements to digitized dashboard, including tracking status through to implementation and transition to BAU.
* Deliver digitized dashboards required to support the Security Governance function.
* Preparation and coordination of periodic governance forum reporting packs, including following up with stakeholders for input and finalizing materials prior to forums.
* Analyze, simplify, and uplift team processes & procedures removing inefficiency and duplication.
* Support team with tracking/updating/approval workflow for issues/findings/treatments with activity owners and business stakeholders.
