Lifestyle SA, South Australia's retirement village leader, is seeking a permanent part-time Village Coordinator for an immediate start in Mt Barker.

The Village Coordinator is responsible for the daily administrative and operational aspects of the independent living units within the retirement village.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

* Be the primary point of contact for residents
* Coordinate maintenance and repairs for units & communal facilities
* Ensure lawns & gardens are presentable
* Ensure a smooth transition for new residents into their units
* Assist sales staff with enquiries
* General office administrative duties
* Processing invoices & monitor debtors

The successful applicant:

* Neat and professional appearance
* Good level of organisational and attention to detail skills
* Good communication and people management skills
* Computer literate

Experience in a similar role for at least 5 years would be an advantage.
