Role Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator / Receptionist with experience in Tax Accounting to support the day-to-day operations of our accounting business. This role combines administrative support with bookkeeping responsibilities, ensuring efficient office management and customer support.
Qualifications
* Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks.
* Answer phone calls, emails, and customer enquiries professionally.
* Knowledge of MYOB Accountants Enterprise
* Knowledge of ASIC – Company Set Up, Changes to Company details, Company Renewals etc
* Knowledge of ATOMate (not essential can be trained)
* Lodging Tax Returns.
* Maintain filing systems, records, and company documentation.
* Schedule appointments and meetings as required.
* Support management with general office administration duties.
* Process accounts receivable.
* Follow up outstanding payments.
* Reconciliation of Company Credit Card.
* Reconciliation of Company Trust Account.
