About the Role
This is a part-time role that involves some evening packing shifts with your team as well as some administration.
We're looking for a Packing Operations Leader to oversee our order assembly process and lead a dedicated team. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you'll ensure accuracy, speed, and impeccable product presentation while fostering a positive, high‑performance culture.

Total weekly hours – 30 hours (negotiable to suit your circumstances)
Work will consist of daytime admin as well as evening packing (approx 3pm - 9pm) on varying days.
What You'll Do
Lead and motivate a team of packers across weekly shifts.
Maintain compliance with food safety and workplace safety standards.
Organise workflows, manage rosters, and ensure efficient operations.
Train, coach, and support team members for ongoing development.
Collaborate with bakery and sales teams to meet customer expectations.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in packing, food handling, or similar operational roles.
Leadership qualities – you earn respect, communicate well, and inspire others.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and maintain focus at speed.
Moderate computer literacy and physical fitness.
Understanding of food safety and workplace safety practices.
