We are partnering with a highly regarded construction company to appoint an experienced Site Manager to deliver a landmark luxury multi residential development on the Gold Coast.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Site Manager who enjoys working on high end multi residential projects and takes pride in delivering well executed builds.
The Opportunity
As Site Manager, you will take ownership of day to day site operations and play a key role in delivering a high profile luxury multi residential development from structure through to completion. Working closely with the Project Manager and wider project team, you will be responsible for coordinating subcontractors, maintaining programme, and ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality are upheld across the site.
You will be supported by an experienced delivery team and have the opportunity to work on a technically impressive project that will stand out within your portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage the day to day running of the construction site
* Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site personnel to ensure programme targets are achieved
* Maintain a safe work environment and ensure all safety procedures and compliance standards are met
* Monitor construction progress and proactively resolve site issues
* Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure programme, cost and quality objectives are achieved
* Ensure construction is delivered in accordance with drawings, specifications and building standards
* Conduct site meetings and coordinate site logistics and sequencing of trades
* Monitor workmanship and quality across all stages of construction
* Maintain clear communication with consultants, subcontractors and the wider project team
* Drive programme and productivity to ensure successful project delivery
About You
* Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering multi residential construction projects
* Strong understanding of structural and finishing stages within apartment developments
* Excellent leadership and subcontractor management capability
* Strong knowledge of safety regulations and site compliance requirements
* Ability to manage programme, sequencing and site logistics effectively
* High attention to detail and commitment to quality delivery
* Strong communication and relationship building skills
* Ability to lead teams and maintain a positive and productive site culture
