Calling all passionate and professional wine enthusiasts! We're opening a refined coastal wine bar at Brighton Beach and are building a strong, service-driven team. That's right - a beautiful beachfront location, a brand new venue, with an awesome, tight-knit group of hospitality professionals. Brighton Wine Bar is owner-operated and produce-led, with a strong focus on Western Australian wine, thoughtful food and warm, knowledgeable service. We are creating a venue that feels relaxed and welcoming, but where standards are high and details matter. We're looking for experienced Section Wait Staff & Sommeliers who genuinely love hospitality and understand the balance between professionalism and personality.
Who We\'re Looking For
* Minimum 1 year experience running a section in a quality venue
* Strong wine knowledge (WSET highly regarded but not essential)
* A calm, polished presence on a busy floor
* Excellent communication and natural rapport with guests
* Confidence in upselling and increasing average spend
* Initiative and attention to detail
* Experience in premium casual or wine-led venues highly regarded
