Responsibilities
1. Develop interior design concepts for residential and commercial projects, including space planning, mood boards, material selection, and 3D visualisation.
2. Produce detailed design documentation, including construction drawings, finishes schedules, and specifications.
3. Select interior finishes, furniture, lighting, and decorative elements, ensuring consistency with project objectives and client preferences.
4. Conduct client consultations to understand functional needs, design goals, and budget limitations; prepare and present design proposals.
5. Work closely with architects, engineers, suppliers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of interior solutions into overall building projects.
6. Conduct site visits to supervise interior fit-out progress, resolve design issues during construction, and ensure final completion meets design intent.
7. Assist in cost estimation by providing materials options, supplier recommendations, and value-engineering solutions where required.
8. Support the development of design standards and contribute to continuous improvement of Noble Built's design processes.

Requirements
1. Diploma or higher qualification in interior design or related design disciplines.
2. Minimum three years of practical interior design experience, with proven capability to manage projects from concept to completion.
3. Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Photoshop or similar design and visualisation software.
4. Strong understanding of interior materials, construction methods, building regulations, and contemporary design trends.
5. Experience in residential and/or commercial interiors such as office, retail, hospitality, or industrial fit-out projects.
6. Excellent client communication skills, with the ability to analyse requirements and translate them into practical and aesthetic design solutions.
7. Strong organisational skills, capable of managing multiple projects with attention to detail and time efficiency.
8. Experience coordinating with contractors and supervising site works will be highly regarded.
