Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Conveyancer located in Sunshine Coast, QLD. The Conveyancer will be responsible for managing residential and commercial property transactions, including liaising with clients and other parties, meeting critical deadlines and general oversight of files related to property buying and selling. The role requires a high level of organisation, attention to detail, and excellent communication.
The conveyancing team are supported by qualified solicitors and legal administrative staff. A friendly and knowledgeable team.
Qualifications
* Previous experience with residential and property conveyancing.
* Understanding of PEXA, QRO Online and Titles Queensland.
* Experience using Smokeball legal practice management software (or similar).
* Strong communication skills for liaising with clients, legal professionals, and other stakeholders
* Ability to handle transactions with precision and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Qualification as JP or Commisioner for Declararions will be an advantage.
