Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for the overarching strategic management of our Crop Science licensing and associated technology partnerships in our Trait and Crop Protection portfolios.
2. Provide management, development and execution of commercial contracts and strategic licensing arrangements, required to fulfill the crop science annual operating and business model requirements.
3. Enable transparency and appropriate governance in the execution of a range of licenses and contracts with 3rd parties, along with their ongoing relationship management.
4. Maintain and strategically develop all third party licensee relationships, maintaining oversight for all necessary seasonal obligations and Bayer requirements.
5. Translate regulatory and commercial requirements into customer-centric materials and tactics to promote stewardship and compliance with relevant licences.
6. Review relevant marketing programs and update licensing and reseller agreements as and when required.
7. Manage electronic distribution of agreements to third parties for signing and return.
8. Review seasonal audit requirements in line with regulatory and commercial obligations, monitor results and follow up remediation.
9. Define the short and long term glyphosate portfolio strategy for ANZ, in collaboration with cluster and regional Asset and Portfolio stakeholders.
10. Define and execute Bayer Crop Science strategy for in-licensing of products to support overall portfolio footprint.
Qualifications:
1. Experience in the licensing product management or a relevant marketing discipline.
2. Extensive experience working within the agricultural seed & chemical market.
3. Excellent commercial acumen.
4. Strong contract engagement knowledge.
5. Demonstrated experience working effectively in collaboration with external industry groups.
6. Experience in operating within remote and cross-cultural commercial teams.
7. Strong analytical skills.
8. Strong written and verbal communications skills.
