We're looking for a collaborative and detail-oriented Workforce Management Advisor, for Full Time opportunity based out of our Balcatta, WA office.
As Workforce Management Advisor, you'll:
* Maintain and enhance workforce management processes to align with Hours Management principles.
* Ensure pay-related business processes are fit-for-purpose and streamlined.
* Act as a key liaison between Payroll, Operations, and Finance to troubleshoot WFM issues and support system/process reviews.
* Align system designs and processes with agreed operational parameters.
What You'll Do
* Analyse workforce data to identify trends and support labour forecasting.
* Guide operations on efficient scheduling to reduce overtime and third-party labour costs while ensuring coverage.
* Provide expert advice on WFM policies and support end-users with system/process troubleshooting.
* Deliver insightful dashboards and reports with recommendations to mitigate risks and boost efficiency.
* Ensure end-users are confident and competent with WFM systems and processes.
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience with UKG PRO WFM and operational processes.
* A strong customer service ethic and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication.
* A process-driven mindset with a knack for problem-solving.
* 5+ years' experience in a similar role or relevant field.
