Strong Windows troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Strong understanding of VMware and supporting VMware hosting environments. Troubleshooting and Root cause analysis with a focus on Windows workloads. Strong experience with Active Directory Services, including Group Policy and other related services. Strong experience supporting Tier 1 base tooling on Windows (Antivirus, Backup, Configuration Management).
