A well-established, franchised boutique real estate agency in the St George region is seeking a motivated and experienced General Manager / Head of Department to join its senior leadership team. Key Responsibilities
This role covers both strategic leadership and day-to-day management of the Property Management and Sales departments, with a robust focus on team performance and business growth.
Lead and support the Property Management and Sales teams
Oversee daily operations, including leasing and compliance
Manage recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and talent development
Drive performance through coaching, training, and structured reviews
Collaborate with leadership on long-term business planning
Streamline internal processes, systems, and procedures
Monitor KPIs, financial performance, and business metrics
Coordinate office events, supplier relationships, and external training
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards in conjunction with Operations

Key Requirements
Knowledge or experience in Property Management
Valid Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Licence
Proven leadership ability within a real estate environment
Strong organisational, communication, and coaching skills
A strategic mindset with a practical, hands-on approach
High attention to detail and a passion for team success
