Role & Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end delivery of projects – including planning, budgeting, scheduling and execution. Manage risk, safety, quality and compliance across all project phases. Be the primary liaison for clients, contractors and stakeholders. Oversee contract and vendor management. Mentor junior team members and lead project/site teams. Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports and safety records. Role Requirements: Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management, preferably in rail or construction. Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction Management or Project Management. Strong knowledge of rail industry standards and safety regulations. Strong knowledge of utilities and 3rd party access. Experience within the Victorian Rail industry and knowledge of working with the relevant rail operators here. Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools. Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
