Clough, a pioneering project delivery company, is delivering the Project Ceres urea plant in Western Australia. This landmark project will be one of the largest in the world, implementing the most sustainable production processes.


The construction phase is expected to generate 2,000 jobs, while providing sustained benefits to the local community through career, training and business opportunities.


We are currently looking for an additional Travel and Accommodation Coordinator to join our team in Karratha.


This role involves supporting the management of various administrative tasks, coordinating mobility to and from site, and maintaining effective communication within the teams involved in the process.



Key Responsibilities:



* Plan, book, and coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, site camps, transportation, and visas.

* Manage relationships with airlines, site camps, and travel agencies.

* Maintain records of travel itineraries, expenses, and approvals.

* Provide support and assistance during travel disruptions, cancellations, or emergencies.

* Ensure compliance with company travel policies and procedures.

* Work closely with internal teams to understand travel requirements and preferences.

* Keep up-to-date with travel regulations, visa requirements, and security advisories.

* Assist with event-related accommodation and logistical arrangements.




Requirements:



* Previous experience in travel coordination, hospitality, or administrative roles.

* Strong organizational and communication skills.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).

* A keen eye for detail and ability to multitask.

* A willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

* Ability to work on a flexible roster.
