About the Role:
As Team Leader, your duties and responsibilities will include,
* Manage and mentor a team of six, including two in-office Senior Accountants, three remote Senior Accountants, and one Junior Accountant.
* Oversee client relationships, ensuring high-level service and maintaining strong, long-term partnerships.
* Manage your own client portfolio, handling tax compliance, and advisory work.
* Review and provide feedback on team members' work, offering technical support and guidance when needed.
* Collaborate with the senior leadership team to improve processes, drive efficiencies, and contribute to the firm's overall growth.
About You:
* 6+ years' experience in Tax & Business Services
* Strong leadership and mentoring skills
* CA/CPA qualification (or working towards)
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to balance technical work and team leadership effectively
