Architect
A highly regarded, award winning design studio is seeking an experienced Registered Architect to join its team and contribute to the delivery of diverse, high-quality projects. The Role
The successful candidate will lead projects, manage internal and external teams, and ensure design integrity throughout construction. Responsibilities include producing detailed documentation and specifications, coordinating design models, and resolving on-site queries.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality design and documentation across complex projects
* Manage project teams and coordinate with consultants and stakeholders
* Prepare detailed specifications and maintain BIM standards
* Oversee clash detection and ensure compliance with contractual requirements
About You
* Registered Architect with 6–10 years' experience in an architectural studio
* Strong technical capability paired with design sensibility
* Proficiency in Revit and experience with BIM workflows
* Leadership skills and proven ability to manage consultants and internal teams
* Familiarity with Aconex and Procore (desirable)
* Previous residential or hospitality experience is considered highly desirable
