The Role
As the Customer Experience Coordinator, you will work alongside various departments across the business, driving the delivery of an exceptional customer experience.
Some of the key responsibilities will include:
Building great relationships with your customers, responding to any enquiries in a timely manner;
Providing regular, accurate construction progress updates to your customers;
Working closely with a team of Site Managers, facilitating fortnightly job tracking and spending time out on building sites;
Effective and timely communication with all relevant stakeholders, developing and maintaining strong working relationships
Preparation of contractual documentation, scheduling of appointments and carrying out key handover appointments;
Active contribution in team, department and business meetings.
You
To be successful in this role, the following qualities and experiences are essential:
Demonstrated experience in similar role with knowledge and understanding of residential building processes and the ability to read and understand building plans
Well-developed problem solving skills
Excellent time management, organisational skills, and great attention to detail
Strong PC skills, experienced in the Microsoft suite of products
Ability to work effectively within a team environment
