About the Role
We are looking for a compassionate, reliable, and motivated female Support Worker to provide one-on-one assistance to a very easy-going female client. The client is very easy, friendly, and enjoys a relaxed daily routine. This role will suit someone who genuinely enjoys supporting others, values building positive connections, and takes pride in making a difference in someone’s life.
You will be working in a calm, respectful workplace where your support will help the client maintain her independence and continue living comfortably at home and within her community.
Key Responsibilities
Provide companionship and social support, engaging in friendly conversation and light activities.
Assist with daily living tasks such as meal preparation, light household duties, and ensuring a safe and tidy environment.
Support the client with community participation – shopping, appointments, or local outings.
Follow care plans and maintain clear communication with the coordination team.
Report any changes in the client’s wellbeing or needs promptly.
Requirements
female support worker (as per client’s preference). Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain). Current First Aid and CPR certificate.
Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
Friendly, caring, and professional approach to work.Punctual, honest, and committed to quality support.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $38.00 – $41.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
